NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of Sandringham Hockey Club Inc.will be held at 74 Victoria St, Sandringham on Tuesday 5th, September 2006 at 7:30pm

To hear, discuss and vote on the motion:
· That following the successful launch of the Southern United Hockey Club Inc, being the amalgamation of the junior sections of Moorabbin Districts Hockey Club Inc and Sandringham Hockey Club Inc, that the rights, the funds and other assets and the liabilities of Sandringham Hockey Club be transferred to Southern United Hockey Club Inc (less an appropriate amount to meet non-assignable liabilities)

Notion of sentiments – That both Moorabbin Districts Hockey Club Inc and Sandringham Hockey Club Inc be retained as legal entities to protect the name of both clubs and all intellectual property rights and entitlements be retained.

Please be aware that all proxies need to be sent to the Club Secretary (Alan Hughes, 24 Hillston Rd, Moorabbin 3189)
